Spiced shellfish or squid rounds


Ingredients

  • 24 peeled prawns (or squid, scampi, whole fish )
  • 5g of ground cumin
  • 5g of ground ginger
  • 5g caraway seeds
  • 1 crushed garlic clove
  • 50g butter, with splash of olive oil
  • 5g coriander
  • 3g ground paprika
  • 5g sesame seeds

Method

  1. Heat oil and butter in large frying pan, add all spices and seeds to pan
  2. Add prawns or your seafood alternative, add a squeeze of a lemon to your own taste (perhaps half a small lemon squeezed)
  3. Quick cook in 3-6 minutes on high heat
  4. Salt and ground black pepper to taste
